This website does not collect or store enquiry form submissions. The enquiry button assembles a message and opens your own email app, where you review and send it yourself. Anything you send then sits in your email service and in the recipient inbox, in the ordinary way.
Please do not include confidential patient information or personal clinical details in an enquiry. This is not a clinical or treatment channel.
Substack hosts the newsletter, The Second Opinion. If you subscribe, that happens on Substack and is governed by Substack's own privacy practices, not by this website.
Chat with Roxie is an AI chat hosted by Delphi, an external service. Anything you type there is sent to that external service and is governed by its own privacy practices. Do not enter confidential or clinical information.
The private exercise keeps your answers in page memory only. They are not sent anywhere, and they clear when you reset the exercise, use quick exit, or leave the page. If you copy, download or print a plan, that copy then exists outside the exercise and is yours to look after.
Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider, and ordinary technical and security logs may exist at that level.
